Materials must be received by ECHO on or before these dates.
July 1, 2012 - Deadline for international registrants who require a Visa Invitation Letter from ECHO.
- Submission of the completed registration along with payment of all fees, must be made prior to this date in order to be assured that the Visa Invitation Letter will be sent to you in time for you to schedule an interview.
- Later registrations MAY be processed if we have not met the limit from your country.
November 1, 2012 - Last day to register as a speaker or workshop presenter.
November 7, 2012 - Last day to request Visa Invitation Letter.
November 15, 2012 - Last day to cancel for 100% refund of registration fees. An exception MAY be made to this if we are provided with a copy of the rejection notice from the Embassy regarding your application for a Visa and we sent you a Visa Invitation Letter.

Standard Rate in effect October 15 - November 14, 2012
Late Registration in effect November 15, - November 25, 2012
Registration after November 25 will only be available as daily session passes.
