Lauren attended Moody Bible Institute, majoring in Secondary Education with a focus on urban neighborhood development. She is from Chicago, IL. Lauren was the Garden and Propagation intern (#269). She also served at ECHO on the Indiana Work team for four summers before joining ECHO as an Agricultural Volunteer in 2019. She has volunteered at Faith Mission Outreach soup kitchen for three years and served as Vice President of Frontlines homeless ministry for two years.
