First-Hand Look at the Story Behind ECHO’s Vision

This special 3-minute video is a rare opportunity to hear about the inspiration behind the origins of ECHO.

During a recent visit to volunteer at ECHO, the daughters of our Founder, Dick Dugger, reflected on the experiences that gave birth to his vision over 40 years ago. And they explained why they continue to be involved in ECHO’s mission.

Though ECHO’s global scope has grown, we are still passionately committed to our founder’s vision. Four decades later, the underlying purposes and motivation of ECHO have not changed. Our goal remains to spread hope in hard places by equipping small-scale farmers and bringing glory to God.
